It depends on the Incoterm: EXW is the factory price in China; FOB adds inland transport, export customs clearance and container loading; CIF adds ocean freight and insurance to your port. The quotation lists every line item, with no hidden mark-ups.

The vehicle price depends on model, year, specification and condition. Freight depends on the destination port, container type (20ft, 40ft or LCL), sailing schedule and season. Send us the model and the destination port and a written quotation follows within 24 hours, with the price held for its validity period.

Local charges at destination — customs clearance, duties and VAT, terminal handling, trucking and storage — are paid by the buyer at that end and are not collected by us. We list the usual local charges in the quotation so you can work out the landed cost before committing.

Confirm the model and quotation → sign the proforma invoice (PI) → pay the deposit → we purchase and inspect each unit → documents are issued → balance payment → container loading and shipment. Every step is confirmed with photos and paperwork.

Typically 30% deposit, with the balance before loading or against the bill of lading copy; repeat customers can agree other terms. Bank transfer (T/T) is standard, other methods can be discussed, and every payment is receipted.

Yes. A single unit ships as LCL and the freight is shared by volume. Once you fill a container, a 20ft or 40ft FCL works out cheaper — we will tell you when combining units pays off.

We buy to market demand — commonly 3 to 8 years old with 30,000 to 100,000 km. Every unit comes with real photos, video and a third-party inspection report, and known blemishes are marked in that report.

Yes — brand, model, year, colour, trim and left- or right-hand drive. If we cannot find it, we say so and offer alternatives in the same budget rather than pushing something else.

Our rule is that problems get fixed in China: anything the inspection finds is repaired or the unit is swapped as agreed, and the report is updated before shipment. Contractual issues found after arrival follow the sales contract.

Roughly 20 to 30 days to the Middle East, 30 to 45 to Latin America, 35 to 45 to West Africa and 30 to 40 to Southern Africa, depending on the sailing and the port. You get the bill of lading number after loading, so you can track the vessel yourself.

We ship regularly to Latin America (Venezuela, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Mexico), West Africa (Nigeria, Ghana), Southern Africa (South Africa and neighbours) and the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, the UAE). Other ports can be arranged.

Loading is photographed and filmed throughout, recording each vehicle's position, mileage, fuel level, condition and accessories. You receive a loading report together with the container and seal numbers.

Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and the Chinese export declaration; used cars also carry the inspection report. Embassy legalisation or certificate-of-origin legalisation can be arranged where the destination requires it. We handle Chinese export clearance; destination clearance is normally handled by the buyer or a local agent, with our full document support — we can recommend agents too.

Yes. Parts, spares and tools that travel with the vehicle take no extra freight; parts bought separately ship as LCL or FCL by volume, and we measure before quoting.

Every order has one named contact reachable on WhatsApp, so nothing is passed down a chain. Warranty scope, wear parts and claim windows follow the sales contract.

On the volume models we ship, yes. BYD, Chery, Geely, Changan, Haval and MG have spent the last decade among the largest producers in the world, and the failures that reach us cluster in infotainment and air conditioning rather than in engines or gearboxes. The honest test is the one the taxi fleets run: a model in its third year with a dealer network behind it behaves like any other car of its price.

It depends on the destination. A Chery Tiggo 8 or a Changan CS75 Plus is the best value where the tax follows engine size, because both stay in the lower bands; a Jetour X70 is the pick wherever seven seats are non-negotiable; and a BYD Atto 3 or Song Plus wins wherever electric or plug-in imports are taxed more lightly than petrol. There is no single answer, which is why every country page carries its own list.

China became the world's largest car exporter in 2023 and has not given the position back. The flow that matters to our buyers runs to Russia, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa and South-East Asia — which is exactly the set of left-hand-drive markets we ship to. Units are bought on the domestic market and exported as new or used according to the destination's own age rule.

For the vehicle: invoice, packing list, bill of lading, export declaration and certificate of origin. For the destination: whatever that market demands before shipment — SONCAP for Nigeria, GSA/PVoC for Ghana, SASO for Saudi Arabia, COC for the Gulf and several African markets. Where it applies, we issue it in China before loading, which is why our quotations name the certificate beside the price.
